Nose surgery, also known as rhinoplasty, can improve the appearance and proportion of your nose.
It may also improve a breathing problem or correct abnormalities cause by trauma or birth defects.
To reshape the nose, surgery is performed either using a closed procedure, where the incisions are hidden inside the nose, or an open procedure where an incision is made across the columella, or the narrow strip of tissue that separates the nostrils.
The change can be made by adding or removing bone or cartilage, grafting tissue from another part of the body, such as the ears, or implanting synthetic material to alter the shape of the nose. Synthetic implants may be made of PTFE (Gore-tex) or Silicone.
Is this for me?

How long does it take?
The procedure lasts from 3-5 hours.
How long is the downtime?
2 to 3 weeks. You could be back to work after 7 – 10 days and back to the gym in 2 weeks.
